Interface
Detector Co. has been in business since 1968. It was at that time
that James McCoy invented the Interface Detector system. Mark McCoy
bought Interface Detector Co. in 1991. In 1988, Mark received a
BS in petroleum engineering from Tulsa University while working
at Dowell Schlumberger. After graduating, he continued with DS until
taking a job with REDA pump. From REDA, Mark bought Interface Detector
Co. Interface Detector has worked in; the US, Canada, Mexico, France,
England, and China. In 2003, Mark bought MagnaCoat Industrial Coatings
and changed the name to Interface Protective Coatings.
